Infrared Drying Oven

Infrared Drying Oven

Infrared drying oven uses infrared radiation to heat and dry printed materials as they travel continuously through the machine. It is high-efficiency infrared drying conveyor engineered for fast, reliable curing of printed parts. At the infeed, a vacuum suction plate holds the material steady while at the other end, a pulling motor keeps it moving under tension through the drying section. This setup gives the web better control inside the oven and keeps the drying process consistent. Both the drying temperature and material speed can be adjusted to suit the job and achieve precise thermal processing. The oven can be connected with the printing machine through a synchronization unit so the material moves through printing and drying at a coordinated speed.
