Pre-Treating Hot Air Dryer
Pre-treating hot air dryer pre-shrinks roll materials under controlled heating before they enter the printing process. By the time the material enters the printing process with our hot air dryer, much of the dimensional change caused by heat has already taken place. The result is a more stable substrate and more reliable registration in multi-color printing.
It handles flat roll materials from 0.02 to 0.5 mm thick and can be used with PVC, PET, PP, PC and BOPP films, as well as materials for IMD, IMF and IML applications. Other suitable products include appliance nameplates, membrane switches, FPCs, heat transfer films, nonwoven fabrics, automotive graphics, water-transfer decals, ceramic decals, heat transfer paper, Tetoron fabrics, textiles, artificial leather, leather, and self-adhesive materials.
- Unwinder + Dryer
Material is fed from the unwinder, passes through the heated dryer for pre-shrinking, and is rewound at the center section of the dryer. - Dryer + Rewinder
Material is fed from the center section of the dryer, passes through the heated drying section, and is collected by an external rewinder after pre-shrinking.
